Situated next to the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas, the Mendenhall Center serves as the practice facility for the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels’ men’s and women’s basketball teams. The three-level, 35,000 SF facility is considered one of the best of its kind in the nation. FEA’s design included two full-sized practice courts, a training area, weight room, a film room (theatre) and study space. The locker rooms feature sensor lighting systems, and shower heads that are 7 feet tall. The entire building has WiFi and a complex water-purification system.
