FEA Consulting Engineers provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage engineering, security/surveillance, audio visual and lighting design services for Nobu at Paris Hotel & Casino. The project for the 5,200 SF restaurant consisted of converting the existing Lucky88 and Little Tokyo restaurants into a Nobu Street Restaurant that contains a sushi bar. The restaurant features 100-120 dining capacity, a new sushi bar, developing a welcome space, new architectural finishes and furnishings, as well as making a space at the back of the house area as a dedicated kitchen space for Nobu.
