FEA Consulting Engineers provided the Mechanical and Plumbing engineering design for two (2) new 3-story apartment buildings totaling 90 living units. The project also includes a 4,200 sq. ft. single- story club house building, exterior pool/patio, and covered parking spaces. This project will be Green Globes certified once completed.
