FEA Consulting Engineers provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Low Voltage Engineering services for the Red Rock location of The Abode. The project consisted of designing a 4-story multi-family development located in Southwest Las Vegas, containing 308 residential units with full amenities, such as a clubhouse, fitness center, pool with seated patio area, and outdoor terrace with barbecues and fire pits. Additionally, there will be a secured parking garage providing direct access to the residential units, with 504 total parking spots.
