In the Community

Shared Values. Shared Impact.

FEA Consulting Engineers supports many charities and causes directly and indirectly through fundraisers and serving the community. We favor the causes that are brought to us by our employees and support them wholeheartedly.

FEA Race TEAM

FEA Race Team was established based on three goals; charity, fitness, and fun! Our team supports 5K’s, charity walks, fundraiser events, triathlons, motorcycle, and car events and whatever “floats the boat” of our employees and clients. Put on an FEA Race Team T-Shirt and get in the competitive spirit!

Friends of Red Rock Canyon

FEA team members regularly volunteer with Friends of Red Rock Canyon in cleanups of the national conservation area. Since the group was founded in 1984, Friends of Red Rock Canyon has expanded its mission to provide not only critically needed volunteer assistance, but substantial financial support for education and environmental programs. In recent years, Friends members donated over 21,000 volunteer hours and over $100,000 in direct support.

Friends of Red Rock Canyon volunteers assist with everything from the canyon cleanups and Visitor Center staffing, to helping with the care and feeding of the resident desert tortoises.

Mike O'Callaghan Middle School

The team at FEA Consulting Engineers regularly speaks to students about engineering as profession. We strive to inspire the next generation of engineers to pursue careers in engineering. Take Your Child to Work Day is one of our favorite events each year. We create engaging engineering projects for hands-on learning. Our team also hosts students from the Mike O’Callaghan Middle School’s i3 Learn Academy for a hands-on learning experience in the field of engineering.

The i3 Learn Academy is a Clark County School District magnet school that encourages the next generation to pursue paths in science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics, known as STEAM. Students participate in demonstrations of 3D architectural and engineering programs and how they relate to the design industry. Our firm is proud to provide financial support for our schools.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada

The Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission is to help young people reach their full potential. Many of the parents do not have the resources to host a birthday party for their children nor buy them gifts. Our team brings smiles to the kids through supporting the Birthday Club with donated food and gifts for the children with birthdays that month.

We also support Boys Nite Out and Girls Day, a unique mentoring opportunity for caring adults to pair up with the awesome kids of the Boys & Girls Club.

Get Outdoors Nevada

FEA loves to get outdoors and do our part in keeping our state beautiful. Our firm has participated in a number of community park cleanups throughout the years.

Get Outdoors Nevada’s mission and vision is to connect Nevadans and visitors from all backgrounds and ages to the state’s diverse outdoor places. The nonprofit pursues a three-fold approach of education, service and community engagement. Many of the efforts and programs focus on the needs and lives of families and school children, especially those who are at-risk and often have limited opportunity to experience the great outdoors.

Get Outdoors Nevada is committed to preserving Nevada’s public lands, urban trails and community parks.

Light Up the World Project

FEA Consulting Engineers is proud to participate in the Light Up the World Project, a program sponsored by the non-profit Southern Nevada Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. This project seeks to “light up the world” through humanitarian missions.

Many people living in outlying villages of other countries live by candlelight as electricity is too expensive or not available in the region. The lack of light means children are unable to complete school work as they work in the fields until sundown and have no other light source. FEA volunteers integrate solar-powered interior and exterior lighting and ventilation to rural homes that don’t have access to electricity.
