FEA Consulting Engineers provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage and lighting engineering services for Prairie Band Casino in Mayetta, Kansas. The project consisted of a 4-floor, 80-room hotel, complete with a 3,988 SF spa, 4,440 SF indoor/outdoor pool, laundry room, electrical room, mechanical room, fitness area, game room, kid’s entertainment area, equipment room, restrooms, pump room and two party rooms. In addition, a dining area was renovated, the gaming was expanded and a 105-seat Buffalo Grill was created. Lighting design was also provided for roadway and signage elements between Highway 75 and the casino property line.
