FEA Consulting Engineers provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, lighting and acoustical engineering services for the Vancouver AC Hotel by Marriott in Vancouver, WA. The project consisted of a 160-room high-rise hotel with 160 structured parking spaces, as well as a lobby, lounge and eating area, fitness center, library, meeting space and ground floor retail. The project also included space for a possible restaurant on the top floor and was designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
