FEA Consulting Engineers assisted with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage design services for this project consisting of seven 3-story residential buildings – three of the buildings feature 4-bedroom units and encompass approximately 15,807 SF each, while the other four buildings feature 1-2 mixed bedroom units, totaling approximately 20,795 SF each. The community building covered approximately 7,500 SF.
