World Market Center Las Vegas, a 5 million-square-foot campus with three buildings and three pavilions situated on 59.4 acres in the heart of Las Vegas. The complex is home to the Las Vegas Market, which showcases more than 4,000 furniture, gift and home decor manufacturers and exhibitors attracting over 50,000 attendees twice a year.

FEA Consulting Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low voltage services during the remodel and tenant improvements of the World Market Center. The work included preparing detailed mechanical and HVAC construction documents for various remodels and tenant improvements across multiple suites and spaces, ranging from 300 to over 50,000 SF. Projects included small office remodels, such as the 300 SF Ashley Furniture space, to large showroom renovations like the 50,000 SF B-500 Showroom.
