FEA Consulting Engineers provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage systems and lighting engineering services for the Las Vegas Convention Center Phase Three remodel. The remodel of the North Hall of 534,491 SF consisted of new lighting, floor boxes, drinking fountains, overhead systems, security system upgrades and a video wall. The Central Hall remodel of 1,135,274 SF consisted of new lighting, floor boxes, drinking fountains, overhead systems, security system upgrades and video wall. The South Hall remodel of 554,769 SF consisted of new lighting, floor boxes, drinking fountains, overhead systems, security system upgrades and video wall. The Grand Lobby interior had a relocation of tenant spaces, restrooms, elevators and stairs, as well as the demolition of level 2 and 3 floor slab. The breezeway and additional lobbies were updated, as well as new MPE&LV systems added.
