FEA provided full design services for the $200M revamp of the Hotel Del Coronado, one of the most infamous properties on the west coast. The renovation included a new 25,000 SF convention center, new hotel tower, 144 condo-hotel guest rooms, kitchen, a 140,000 SF loading dock and one level of underground parking.
