FEA Consulting Engineers provided comprehensive mechanical, plumbing, electrical and low voltage engineering services for the Soboba Casino Resort in San Jacinto, California. The project involved the design and development of a new 450,000 SF casino replacement facility on 37.5 acres. The facility included a 140,000 SF casino with 2,000 slot machines and 24-30 table games, a 200-room hotel, a 10,000 SF lobby lounge, 22,000 SF of food service space, 15,000 SF of conference space, and 100,000 SF of back-of-house areas. The project also featured surface parking for 1,400 vehicles and a parking garage with 900 spaces.
