FEA Consulting Engineers provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage and lighting engineering design services for Phase I and Phase II developments to the casino. Phase I consisted of a 164,000 SF, 156-room hotel, spa, fitness center, pool and event center. Phase II will consist of 70,000 SF of additional programs and other miscellaneous areas to the casino.
