FEA Consulting Engineers played a pivotal role in the design and development of the $4.3 billion Resorts World Las Vegas, a Four Diamond hotel recognized by AAA for its refined and stylish accommodations, high-quality amenities and a superior level of personalized service. FEA provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical and low voltage engineering services to Resorts World.

FEA also provided services for the remodel of the Zouk Night Club within the resort. The project involved a tenant improvement spanning approximately 70,000 SF, encompassing distinct areas such as:

— 33,000 SF day club with plunge pools, cabanas and DJ stages

— 25,000 SF nightclub featuring multiple bars, private seating areas and a vibrant dance floor

— 12,000 SF restaurant that included a kitchen, social gaming areas and flexible seating.

The design also incorporated advanced AV equipment, lighting and various back-of-house support facilities.
