Expansion of the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is part of a record $2.4 billion economic investment by the Seminole Tribe of Florida in its two flagship destination casino complexes in Tampa and Hollywood, Fla. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is undergoing a simultaneous expansion and renovation.
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa has embarked on a nearly $700 million expansion that will reinforce its position as one of America’s largest casinos, with 5,000 slot machines and almost 200 gaming tables. The expanded casino offers one of the largest varieties of slot machines in the nation and offers guests approximately 200,000 SF of entertainment and gaming.
The property includes an additional parking garage located off of Orient Road, which provides 700 new parking spaces. Also, a 30,000 SF premium gaming area, along with a new 46 tables state-of-the-art poker room, increased amenities including an upscale restaurant.
