FEA provided the original designs from the ground up for this large resort, with 469 rooms and suites. From our initial site visit and addressing the various challenges of climate, wetlands development and infrastructure early on, the project opened in less than two years from the commencement of the documents. After a successful commissioning initiative, the property has continued to operate with true energy savings.
