FEA Consulting Engineers provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage engineering design services for Durango Casino & Resort, a Four Diamond hotel recognized by AAA for its refined and stylish accommodations, high-quality amenities and a superior level of personalized service. The project included services for over 400,000 SF of space, including the banquet and kitchen rooms, breakout rooms, pool event spaces, guest suites, hotel lobby, resort spa, spa and wellness lobby and deck, event lawn space, valet garage and more.

Durango Casino & Resort is a Station Casinos Resort officially opened at Rhodes Ranch in December 2023. It is located in the southwest Las Vegas Valley off the 215 Beltway and Durango Drive. The resort includes:
