The Downtown Grand Las Vegas, formerly the Lady Luck Hotel & Casino, is a hotel and casino in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, owned by the CIM Group and operated by Fifth Street Gaming. The Downtown Grand is the centerpiece of Downtown3rd, a new neighborhood and entertainment district under development in downtown Las Vegas.

FEA Consulting Engineers assisted in the expansion of the hotel and casino with services that included Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Low Voltage, Lighting, Fire Protection and Acoustical Engineering. The expansion involved a 250,000 SF additional high-rise tower, and eight-story and ground level parking area that totaled approximately 36,000 SF and nearly 500 keys and podium level guest amenities.
