This project will be Downtown Las Vegas’ first ground-up resort development since 1980. This property will have a 27-story high-rise, 777-room hotel tower and two-level casino and the largest multi-level stadium-style race and sportsbook. The project will also feature a multi-tiered pool amphitheater featuring a large television screen to host watch parties for sports fans, spa, an assortment of restaurants and the “Garage Mahal”, a 9-story state-of-the-art parking stucture with 1,201 parking spaces. Circa will also welcome back Vegas Vickie, the iconic kicking cowgirl once featured prominately at the Fremont Street Experience.
