After officially opening its doors in 2020, Circa Resort became Downtown Las Vegas’ first ground-up resort development since 1980. This property includes a 27-story high-rise, 777-room hotel tower and two-level casino and the largest multilevel stadium-style race and sports book. The project features a multitiered pool amphitheater featuring a large TV screen to host watch parties for sports fans, spa, an assortment of restaurants and the “Garage Mahal”, a 9-story state-of-the-art parking structure with 1,201 parking spaces.
FEA Consulting Engineers provided comprehensive engineering services for the Circa Resort. The work included Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Low Voltage engineering across various areas. This involved designing the infrastructure for the hotel tower, podium levels and parking garage, as well as specialized services like energy modeling, lighting design and the integration of 3D Revit models. FEA also supported the resort’s operations with revisions to the pool deck, retail spaces and the high-stakes Monroe Bar, ensuring the resort’s facilities met both aesthetic and functional requirements.
