FEA Consulting Engineers provided the mechanical, plumbing, electrical, low voltage engineering design services for Durango Casino & Resort. The project included services for over 400,000 SF of space, including the banquet and kitchen rooms, breakout rooms, pool event spaces, guest suites, hotel lobby, resort spa, spa and wellness lobby and deck, event lawn space, valet garage and more.
Durango Casino & Resort is a Station Casinos Resort officially opened at Rhodes Ranch in December 2023. It is located in the southwest Las Vegas Valley off the 215 Beltway and Durango Drive. The resort includes:
- Over 83,000 SF of casino space with the latest games and an open floor plan, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor socializing spaces
- 15-story hotel tower with over 200 beautiful guest rooms and suites
- Four signature food and beverage outlets
- Exciting food hall concept featuring fast-casual favorite restaurants and eateries
- State-of-the-art race and sportsbook
